Fielding Gould’s Homefinding Service is a bespoke property search service for those clients wishing to have the widest possible choice of properties to purchase or rent. Through our industry contacts with developers, solicitors and other leading estate agencies we can source properties before they come to the market for sale or rental. We also carry out direct canvassing of properties in a client’s defined search area to maximise the chance of finding a home in their desired location. Our in depth knowledge of the local property market enables us to give our clients un-parallelled advice on all aspects of their negotiations on purchases or rentals and through our industry connections we are able to recommend solicitors, surveyors and other professionals to help you with every aspect of your move.

The full homefinding service includes an area familiarisation tour, accompanied viewings, two specific search area letter drops and a bespoke market search by our homefinding team. Fees for the full service are 1.5% of the purchase price (exclusive of VAT) payable on completion.

Fees for the letting homefinding service are one months rental (exclusive of VAT), payable on exchange of the lease agreement.
